Ashland County’s Nutrition Program began in 1976.  Today, the program provides nourishing meals, companionship, and connections to services that promote independent living.  Hot nutritious meals are provided for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. 

 

We have a traditional meal site in Sanborn at the United Methodist Church -  42745 County Hwy E, Ashland, WI 54806 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Reservations are required two days before the meal. Call to register and reserve a meal - 715-682-4414.

In Ashland at the Presbyterian Church, and in Mellen at the UCC Church, we are running pop-up dining meals once a month. Call to be notified of the day, time, and menu for the meal. We do this while we are looking for more permanent solutions for these cities.​

Come to Lena's Bar & Grill at 51 Grant St. in Glidden on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 2 pm and order from the special senior menu!

Each dining center reflects the flavor of the community in which it is located.  In addition to getting delicious meals, each site provides opportunities to meet new people, renew old friendships, socialize, participate in fun activities, and keep up-to-date on programs and issues that relate to their communities and their peer groups.
