Ashland County’s Nutrition Program began in 1976.  Today, the program provides nourishing meals, companionship, and connections to services that promote independent living.  Hot nutritious meals are provided for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age.

We have traditional meal sites:

Reservations are required for these meals two days in advance. Call to register and reserve a meal - 715-682-4414.

We have some exciting changes and choices with our senior dining!

We have restaurant sites in Glidden and Butternut!

Fresh meals made to order at the time you choose during the special hours!

Come to Lena's Bar & Grill at 51 Grant St. in Glidden on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 2 pm and order from the special senior menu!

Click here to see what is offered.

Come try the special senior menu items on Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Butternut Café at 309 5th St. in Butternut! There are some tasty choices on their menu - click here!

As always...

Each dining center reflects the flavor of the community in which it is located.  In addition to getting delicious meals, each site provides opportunities to meet new people, renew old friendships, socialize, participate in fun activities, and keep up-to-date on programs and issues that relate to their communities and their peer groups.

*Meals on Wheels are provided to individuals who are unable to attend the dining centers and who meet other eligibility requirements.
