Information and Assistance

This service provides seniors and their families with accurate and up-to-date information.  Staff can assist seniors and their families in accessing services and information specific to their needs.

A Senior Resource Directory is produced annually in cooperation with the Evergreen Country Shopper. It includes services and opportunities that are available for older adults and is available free of charge. Also available are books and videotapes for loan, informational packets, and brochures on a variety of topics.

If you have questions regarding our offerings, concerns about a loved one, or just need to talk, please call 715-682-4414 ext. 0 or 1-888-682-7672 ext.0
